Will full ignorance is this the question.  Well Solar Power Socialism could end Global Warming and world poverty. The guide to it could be The Communist Manifesto or other similar books on Socialism if not already known. The idea would be to combine the two.

With all due respect, "educated" and "stupid" are relative terms, and not really very helpful.

The straight answer is that by definition (given the numbers involved), the leaders in a democracy are elected by people with average intelligence.

Stupid people lead the gvmt because they were smart enough to convince parents to let them educate their children.

Yet with all the stupid people in gvmt, people still believe they can do better planing their health care than they can!
