Why do more people stop at garage sales on Saturday than Sunday?

I've noticed this consistent pattern when having sales. Hardly anyone stops on Sunday. Why is this?

People probably figure it's the second day of the sale and anything that was worth getting has already been got. What's left is junk or over-priced things.
