Why do mosquitoes like me so much?

I hate it! And the itch...it never ends. Can you answer my question above and tell me how to get rid of the itch???? Thanks!

to get rid of the itch, you can either

a) slap it over and over 'til it goes numb (feels nice)

b) l**k it and blow on it ;D

c) get some ice and hold it over your mozzie bite

d) get hot water and run over mozzie bite

c and b are the best ;D

how about preventing the bites entirely?  

Put a screen on your bedroom window, or your whole house/apartment.  

Use mosquito spray like Deet.  Use mosquito coils around your place.  Wear pants and a long sleeve shirt even if it is hot.

Well, mosquitoes are generally attracted to people who have a lot of potassium in their blood. Potassium comes from foods like bananas, tomato paste, orange juice, beet greens, or white beans. If you eat a lot of these foods, you will be more likely to get bitten. So I would suggest putting some bug spray on when the mosquitoes come out (usually after dusk). If you do get bitten, Benadryl itch stopping cream works great.

Only female mosquitoes bite.  They follow the carbon dioxide stream when you breathe out.  They're attracted to sweet smelling things like perfume and hairspray.  You can buy sprays and creams with citronella in them that should keep them away..
