Why do most black people like to fish for catfish

Not trying to be racist I just notice this whenever I fish

As an African-American Outdoorsman yes I love to catch and eat Catfish from Channels, Blues and Flatheads as do most of my White and Black friends also. I don't think your being racist at all to be honest. I have fished for Catfish all through out the South and Midwest of this great country of ours. One of these days I'm going to make a special trip to the Amazon River or one of it's many tributaries to tackle one of those rare PIRAIBA (Giant Catfish). Of course I will just be sport fishing then these creatures are just too scarce to be eaten. Thumbs up to Jeremy Wade (River Monsters)!!!
