Why do most female police officers

I think it's just the pants. They aren't made for a womanly figure, thus accentuating the wrong parts in the wrong way.

Female officers need to be strong because they might have to take down bigger and stronger male suspects therefore they workout muscles to gain strength but females dont loose fat the way males do so they have strong backsides with fat over it. where as males just workout and we gain muscle burn fat. do you catch my drift.

It really is the pants, they are a horrible fit, but they are not meant to be a fashion statement.
