Why do most men hate it when their girlfriend/wife dresses s**y in public? Are they threatened?

I have noticed that a lot of men don't really like it when their partner to dress to s**y in public, like a skirt to show off her s**y legs that you love, or her shoulders that you love to kiss on, also that certain blouse that she wears that you know will turn heads if she wears it in public.

My my friend got her hair done, and she got a manicure and a pedicure..then she wore the dress the she wore the night of their first date, and when she went to see him..he was pissed..He asked her "did you leave the house wearing that"..she was appalled!....I told her it is because he may be a little threatened to lose you to some other guy..

So all you men out their...how do you feel about your girl dressing s**y in public and turning heads:?

I would guess that a man who disliked a woman dressed up exactly the same way as she did on their first date (after establishing a relationship with her) is the kind of man who perceives the world as a game of sexual conquest. It's okay for her to use her sexuality for HIS purposes (to alert him that she is a superior catch in the game of sexual conquest) but not okay to use it for HER purposes (to maintain her identity as a visually appealing woman). That type of guy is probably feeling insecure that she is trying to alert other males that she is available for them.

I am your typical "head-turning" woman and I can dress to impress, or I can stay under the radar. My man leaves it up to me, and is happy to go out with me either way.

A lot of guys are quite pleased to show off what a looker they were 'good enough' to be able to get, ya know?  And while they're out an bout,showing you off, they hold you a little closer, to show the other guys "she's taken", "she;s mine".

I see that behavior a lot.

As for a guy who would get pissed? He shouldnt be so insecure, and he certainly shouldnt be unhappy if his gf wants to dress s**y..THAT should please him,i'd think.

I actually like it, and I encourage my wife to dress s**y in public. I see it this way, I don't want to be rude by glancing at every pretty girl in a tight outfit when we go shopping. So if my wife already looks incredible herself, I'd rather stare at her than some random girl I don't know, and feel good to know that she looks better, and she's with me. I love it. And I do the same for her.

Neither of us are gonna cheat on each other (why be married if our relationship was built on bullsh*t) so it's a win/win for us.

Your friend's boyfriend is insecure and the level of trust he has in her is inexcusably low.
