Why do most of the companies prefer to employ a woman rather than man in HR.?

but that is just a stereotype.

It might be that women are more sensitive and aware of the emotions of others than men. There are, of course, exceptions to this, but it's just in general.

The head of these companies mostly are men, and therefore they do prefer women so that they will be happy one way or the other.

This is not true. I have seen most HR manager are Men.

So you cant say like that.
