Why do most people like when the sun is in their eyes?

Apparently 99.9% think it's only nice outside when the sun is in their eyes. I don't get it at all. Can someone please explain??

I don't know, the sun HURTS my eyes! LOL!

Natural sunlight causes a chemical reaction that gives most of us a sense of well being.  Many people are prone to depression without it, the syndrome is called  Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD.
