Why do my EMs arrive up to 3 days late ? from a bt/yahoo group site I am a member of. Help !?

There's a couple of reasons for that:

1)  If the group is moderated, the moderators must approve all messages before they are posted to the group and resulting emails are sent to members.  The group moderators do try to get messages moving but must blend that with their own personal lives/activities/sick kids/jobs/etc.    The BT groups I belong to are very active and it takes a lot of time to process all the postings even with several moderators working on it.

2) If you have set your group membership account's email notification to daily digest, that could be the reason.  You can change it to Individual emails by doing this:

Sign in to the group.

Click "Edit Membership" near top of page.

Scroll down to Step 2. Message Delivery.

Select "Individual emails"

Scroll down to bottom of page and click "Save Changes"
