Whenevr i answer a question to do with GCSE choices it seems that evryone else is doing 4/5 less GCSE than me. Does this mean anything like I'm confused about what and how many GCSE's i'm actualy taking. Also if I'm right will doing this many affect my grades?

  1. It's a lot of subjects but as long as you can keep up with the work.

  2. That's a ridiculous number to be doing all at once, to be honest. Are you sure you'll be doing exams in all of them? The information and design, and the culture thing, just look like general courses to me.

I think it's highly likely to affect your grades - when are you going to have time to revise all this lot? I would take a serious look at what you plan to do with your life. Three sciences suggests you're academic and going to be doing hard science of some sort - so why waste your time with PE and drama GCSEs? Do them for fun, the exams will be meaningless.

  3. its ok that you are doing a lot of subjects but make sure you can keep up with all of them.

  4. wow manyyyyyyy lol i m doing on English language as a second language and chemistry but i will also do A levels for my entrance in the uni!!

  5. Theres nothing wrong with doing that many.. but it is quite a lot to be doing at once. Are you sure that you are sitting actual exams in EACH one of those subjects ? If so, make sure you start revision early and keep up to date with each subject; if you feel as if you start to fall behind in any notify your teacher immediately so they can help you understand :) But yeah like i said before theres nothing wrong with it.. your school must be very good (i sat my GCSEs this summer and only took 8 subjects.. we only got to pick 3 subjects to take !!!!! how unfair !) x
