every time I run even if it is just 1 lap around the gym my ankels will start hurting really bad! i was sick for 2 days, but that shouldn't affect them that bad.. right? i have a meet this Saturday and i'm doing the 100m 200m and long jump. it is also very imporatant to our school becuase we won 11 yrs in a row! i stretch my ankels also. (i'm only 12 yrs old.... i do other sports but not while track is gonig on.)please help!
