Why do my bones crack?

recently my bones have been crackin a lot lately the wrist neck ankle arms shoulders how do i stop this is it normal is it ecause i dont have enough calcim in my diet plzz answser thx

  1. The noise is called crepitus. It's extra fluid/air rushing quickly in between your bones/cartilage pieces in your joints.

    Try stretching more to help it have less time to build up is my best guess.
