I have 2 cats and they both l**k themselves (of course lol), but they also bite themselves/their fur while they l**k themselves. I've always wondered why they do that. Does anyone know why?

  1. They bite through tangled fur to straighten it out. It looks like they are biting themselves but they don't harm themselves. It's part of grooming.
