Question:

Why do my cats follow me like dogs around the house? Does this mean I'm the alpha or it's just love or both?

They are always in the same room as I am no matter what and sleep at the foot of my bed. Am I the alpha leader in their feline pack or why do they do this?

  1. It has nothing to do with you being the Alpha. They simply want to be around you. They want attention. It has nothing to do with loving you. A cat could love you and totally ignore you from time to time. Try petting them when they come around. Some cats do have issues with being picked up, especially if they where rescued cats.

  2. I thought it was because he loves me at first, then I realised he was just after food lol.
