Why do my dishes have a cloudy film on them?

i always use the dishwasher. is that why?

  1. You need the rinse aid agent. You may also have hard or soft water and you should use your detergent accordingly.  


  2. You need Jet-dry.  The dishwasher has a little receptacle for it.  It makes a huge difference
