Question:

Why do my extremities randomly twitch?

If I am sitting still for more than, say, thirty seconds, some part of my body will twitch. A foot will kick, a finger will twitch, a foot will flex... And it keeps happening unless I start moving around (it's actually happening now, since my hands are the only things that are really moving).

Why does this happen? My brother has said that it happens to him sometimes. I have ADHD, so is this in any way related (I doubt it, but you never know)?

Thanks!
