Why do my eye lashes fall out?

They fall out naturally because they are like every other hair on your body. They only last in your eyelids like 20 some days before falling out. If you want to take care of the healthy eye lashes, dont rub hard to get off any mascara or eyeliner. They grow back though, no worries.

Eyelashes can often fall out due to mascara that is not removed on a daily basis. While it makes lashes look great, it dries the lash out from the root. I recommend Clinique's eye makeup remover - it's very gentle, even for contact wearers.

That's just one explanation - I'm sure there are many others.

You might rub them too much.

They get old and u get new ones.

You have a lot and they just fall out.

Too much Mascara.

Mine used to do that, sometimes they just do that. but not forever. It's normal.

If you don't remove your mascara before you go to bed at night, it will dry out your eye lashes and make them brittle and fall out.

If you take a little bit of glycerine based eye makeup remover (the kind for waterproof make up removal)or baby oil on your lashes before you go to sleep at night, not only will it help them to not fall out, but they will appear thicker and longer.  It conditions them and makes them strong.

It's normal.  Your hair falls out, so will your eyelashes.
