It could be an allergy to eye make up you are using, a form of Alopecia (you need to see a dermatologist), diet based, underlying medical issues, not washing off eye make up at night, using a lash curler.... there are many things that could be causing it.

Its normal to lose one now and then, but losing a moderate amount needs to be looked at by your doctor.

... Maybe your allergic to it

Or its just natural...

So nothing to worry about. it will probably get better by itself

Use Olive oil  at your eye lashes while sleeping at night , it will not only protect them but also grow them and make them beautiful.
