Why do my feet cramp after swimming awhile, I have to get to the shallow end and stand on them, or get out !!?

  1. It is because you have a potassium deficiency.  It's normal to feel cramps when swimming or treading water for a while if you don't get enough potassium.  You need to take some potassium pills and eat some bananas.  Your cramps will be gone as soon as you get some more potassium in your diet.


  2. It's because of lack of potassium and possibly dehydration. Eat bananas and drink LOTS of water!! :)
