I've been running Cross Country for probably a month or so and my feet started to hurt just a few days ago. A few days ago, it was okay. Now, it is painful to walk (or jog). The part that hurts is the foot bottom. I don't know if that helps. Well, it's the part closest to the heel that's on the bottom. And it also hurts around that part.I haven't changed shoes for about a year so maybe that's why.I don't know what to do to make it feel better. =(Any help?
