  1. put some baby powder

  2. Essentially, your feet should be no different to your hands so will sweat as much.  Being in contact with plastic/rubber of your flip-flops will cause them to sweat more.  Being barefoot should cause much less sweating as the dusting that you will get from any dirt (which is generally harmless and is easily washed off) that you walk on will make your feet more dry and cool and allow your feet of function properly - footwear inhibits natural movement  (see info on website below).

The smell comes from the bacteria arising for the stale sweat being incubated in warm, damp conditions for which shoes are perfect (in the same way as they are for cultivating fungii such as athletes foot).  Even with flip-flops this can be evident to some small degree.  When you are barefoot there are no conditions that allow such bacteria to take hold and even external bacteria are unable to survive and hence are eliminated virtually upon contact.  In the same way as most persons' hands don't smell if gloves (especially leather/rubber gloves worn regularly for 8 hours or more a day!!) are avoided, feet won't smell either if footwear is avoided.

If you are saying that your feet don't sweat when in shoes then that would be very surprising - sweat is normally the body's reaction to over-heating which is much more likely to occur when contained within shoes.  Perhaps they are doing so but you don't notice this as any sweat is being absorbed by the shoes themselves and/or socks, from which you are likely to get a smell.  Of course, the usual trouble with this is that every time you put your feet back into those shoes you are plunging them back into some ready cultivated bacteria invested incubator and the problem with those continues and grows and grows getting grosser and grosser.

It is possible what you are experiencing is more akin to condensation when you are stepping on something a lot clooler and leaving an imprint, in a similar way as is encountered when you might put your hand up against a cold window.  If that is the case, then I don't think you really have anything to worry about.

Otherwise, you may wish to consider a direct medical opinion as that would be contrary to how your body should be working for you.
