Every time anything happens with my teeth (ie teeth cleaning or braces tightened), my fingers feel weak like I want to crack them all the time. It doesnt make any sense to me how the two would be connected. My back also feels weak.

  1. You could be dealiing with something called TMJ Syndrome which is a condition that affects the joint called the temporal mandibular joint.  This joint connects the top and bottom jaw.

When this jaw is inflammed it can cause pain to radiate to other areas like in the neck and back area if the person clenches down such as you have described.

I would recommend talking to your orthodontist and dentist as well to see what they say.
