Why do my friends act weird in high school like if their are just drunk, dont care anymore, act weird?

I dont get it i think its because they are growing up but why do they have to change like that i dont get it the society is really weird.

Probably because they are growing up.... unless they really drink or take drugs , which I hope they won't do... Hormones can change people.... I guess it's that..but drugs can change a person even more and alcohol.. So if it's hormones and they are growing up then they will grow out of this sometime, if they should take something... they ruin their lives
