Well, only one does it. Dylan Moran climbs to the top of the cage and chews the bars, /obsessively/. Hunky Magoo doesn't do it! Help?

  1. It's bored. let it out and play with it

  2. It could be out of boredom, or not having a variety of things to chew on, or just because chewing on the bars is fun for him.

This is one of the reasons gerbils are better housed in tanks. There are no bars for them to chew on. It does become annoying when they constantly chew on the bars. If it's that bad, you might want to consider switching your gerbils to a 15-20 gallon tank with a mesh lid (found in the reptile section).

  3. Gerbils chew anything, get them some chew sticks at the petstore.

  4. Dylan Moran is trying to get away from Hunky Magoo.  He keeps trying to kiss him and he doesn't "swing that way."

  5. he wants to grind down his teeth-or get out, maybe

  6. many rodents do that maybe they want to be with you that's what my hamster does or they need to knaw their teeth down it normally happens don't worry.

  7. it means they want out to run arround.
