Why do my grandparents leave me out? ?

my grandparents on my dads side of the family dint seem to like me and my bro as much as there other two.they never Ring us and always seem to prefer the others. they are 4 and 7 . they still call them baby names and carry the four years. and she goes in a pram. they are jealous of me to. i have other family in newcastle and I'm a big supporter of newcastle , and usually when they visit I'm wearing the top and they say' you don't want to like it up there' once i just said well i love it, they need to include us. also we went to a fare and grandmaa bought the girls a lolly and not me. ufair or what?

You didn't say how old you and your brother are but I assume that you are an early teen.  The reason your grandparents seem closer to the younger children is because they are free with their hugs and I love yous.  You and your brother are older and you do not give hugs as freely or tell them you love them.

It's not because they love them more it's just that they feel more comfortable with younger children than older children.  They probably don't know what to talk to you about.

Your grandma probably didn't know that you would want a lolly.  You should have ask her if you could have one that way she wouldn't think you were to old for a lolly and would probably buy you more sometimes.

Grandparents don't have to carry on a conversation with the young children but they feel that they have to with older ones and they don't know what to say.

Have you tried talking to your grandparents.  Since they are afraid of you (not knowing what to say) then you should ask them about what it was like when they grew up, or anything you would like to know about them.  I think you will soon get the attention you want from your grandparents.  Communication  is going to be your way our of feeling left out of their lives.
