Why do my hands get dry after playing volleyball?

  1. its just because the volleyball touches the floor. have you seen kneepads after a dig or an entire season of a backrow player? its just from the floor. happens to me too, and if it doesnt happen to someone they dont get enough time to touch the ball. just pach lotion.


  2. Because volleyballs are dirty!!! your hands sweat when you play vball, so the pores on your hands open up allowing the dirt to get in, which in turn dries out your hands.

    Also so many hitting or setting/overhand passing or serving reps will also make your hands dry from the constant contact with the ball.

    although these reasons could be a reason your hands are becoming dry, This should not really be a problem. Maby it is another cause making your hands dry. Try using Soaps that contain loation, or cary a small bottle of lotin with you so that your hands do not dry out.
