  1. yea it is your circulation but it is fine. Happens to everyone people say that their body part fell asleep. You just have to get the blood flow back it to you fingers or toes. Also maybe try potassium it helps with blood flow.

  2. You know when people say "my foot fell asleep" or "pins & needles" feeling? That's what it is, it happens to everyone.

  3. It is normal, and happens less to lean, thin body types.

In the case of the 2 fingers, it is more nerves that feed them, not the circulation.  However, I can tell you which blood vessel is being constricted/flattened as you sleep, I'm not able to pinpoint the multiplicity of nerves, and it is NOT carpal tunnel.

The blood vessel is the vein inside inside your bicep.  Try not to pinch it or have it so close to your body when sleeping.

You'll notice that when you straighten up or change position, the blood flows again, and the nerve is no longer impinged, and feelings return.

Okay, on the foot thing, it is a group of nerves that crosses over the front of the ankle.  Don't cross your legs, or allow the covers to get tight there.

  4. Could be Carpul Tunnel. Have it checked out if it gets too bothersome. That's just what happened to me. Surgery helped.

  5. Yes, it could!  I had this happen to me quite a lot a couple of years ago (I'm in my 20s, too), and it turned out I had high blood pressure.  Apparently I was pre-diabetic.  I started exercising and avoiding sugar and salt (there is a great thing called No*Salt which has no sodium in it, for those of us who need the flavor) and getting more sleep.  I lost about 65 lb in a year, and now my blood pressure is almost normal again.  You should visit your doctor, though, to see if that is what is going on with you.
