  1. You're hands will have hit the ball and your bones will have felt the density of the ball it's normal.

  2. dont worry its perfectly fine. my hands shook horribly when i came home from practice. i think its just the nerves in ur arms that get hit from passing the volleyball.

  3. Maybe your hands aren't used to hitting a hard ball? Do you play often? Cause I play and they don't shake. What position do you play? If your setter, spiker, or server, then I can see why your hands shake.

  4. I was the volleyball manger for my school and most of the girls were either exited or they were really agressive when this occured!!!

  5. your probably dehydrated...drink water as often as u can.  either that or nerves

  6. It's just a matter of toning and endurance as you hold your hands up for the ball. I never ate before volleyball as it bogs me down, so you are expending much energy and it's possible that your blood sugar is low. Just in case, bring some hard candy to get sugar in you when you feel shaky and see if that helps.

I would tone and strengthen my arm muscles using light hand weights and biceps and triceps curls. Sometimes the muscles are underused and when you start to use them, they are weak and might shake. Try what I suggested and see if it helps. SIDE OUT!

  7. it's normal. you're arms take a lot of impact during a game. it always happens to me, especially after continuos overhand serving.

  8. Maybe your just dehydrated. Be sure to have a gatorade or atleast a water bottle with you in every game. Trust me it works!

  9. Well, that can heppen if your new to volleyball and it's your first year. Also maybe your hitting a nerve that's making you all shaky. You could be dehydrated. I recommend just practice htting the ball whileyou hold it like for 10 mins before practice & tourneys. It could help a lot to get the hang of it. Drink a lot of water.

  10. dt's

  11. its normal its from ur bones and the ball being in contact
