Why do my hands shake

my hands shake all the time. it causes my hand writing to be really sloppy. im only 14.

probably because you have a neurologic disorder or you need to stretch your arms for a bit incase your a gamer,or you are lacking minerals from to many energy drinks, pop or diet drinks.
