  1. ...its your expectations it should last longer...change and enjoy the moment...

  2. Except for a hand full of persons, this world is full of people like you and me who have undergone stress and pain in different phases of life. I often think that I should not have been deprived of happiness in this beautiful world when so many other people are enjoying their  lives  the way they like. But then again I think that like there are persons who are  happier than me, there are others also who are placed worse. However,  the truth remains that whoever is placed in whatever manner, my pains and yearnings remain the same throughout and I continue to think anxiously: 'Will the good times go away any moment? Why  happiness should not  continue in longer spells in my life?' .... And then I philosophize it this way.... 'A drop of happiness in prolonged spells of depression means so much. It assigns a greater significance and faith  to a few joyful moments. The memories would linger, make me  feel good and drive me through rough times....'. And with these thoughts,  I try to enhance the limits of happiness..

  3. We can't always be happy all the time, or else we will forget there is a feeling called sadness.

  4. Happiness is based on circumstances and external objects which come and go.  In that sense happiness is the result of temporary influences.

  5. your happiness only has limits that you set down for yourself.

because really, happiness is a limit to pain.

  6. Cuz thats LIFE!

  7. No. Is the nature of this world.

If one can perceive God, he is transcendental to all material demands(mundane happiness and distress). We are always dissatisfied in the material world in circumstances that won't continue; happiness is temporary, and temporary plight also will not exist for much time. Cold, heat, duality—it is all coming and going. To get to the absolute stage is the process of Krishna consciousness. Krishna is seated in everyone's heart, and as you become purified He will show you the path. And in the end you will quit this body, and you will go to the spiritual sky.

  8. because you can only depend on yourself and it is human nature to want the company of others, to depend on them emotionally and most of the time, while maybe unintentional, they let you down

  9. No, it's not your faith. There is no limit to happiness, and there will never be. You feel as if there is becuase you put a limit to your happiness. Relax. Breathe. Tell yourself that no one can control you. Love life. If you fell the limit again, keep thinking about things that make you happy. Be cool. Tell yourself that unhappiness doesn't exist if you don't want it to. Happiness is all around, you just have to open your eyes to see it.

    Hope this helped...
