Why do my headlights fog up?

I have a 1997 Chrysler Sebring coupe and lately, i've been finding condensation in the headlights. i had my front bumper cover torn off about a month ago. did they not put it back on right? do i need a new headlight mounting panel? someone please tell me.

there,s a seal around the headlight and there,s a break in the seal. take some clear silicone sealer and go around the headlights.

It means your headlights aren't sealed anymore, and water is getting in. If it's a problem, just replace the headlights, but it'll prob. be a dealer item.
