  1. oh, dude

  2. I don't think you are but if you get cut on your feet and it won't heal then seriously think about getting your blood sugars tested.

People have rough skin on their feet. Drink more water.

Use a pumice stone in the shower [found at any drug store]

and use a pure and natural oil - also pick up a foot cream.

Apply at bed time and place some socks on your feet.

A pedicure is never a bad suggestion - if you want to really help.

Don't put vaseline on your feet it won't help and actually dries your feet up.

You can find foot cream in most stores, or the Dr. Scholl section of the drug store (foot).

  3. I am not diabetic and I have always had that problem; mine is part hereditary, and I have also been told it was caused from everything from poor fitting shoes to dry, hot climate.  The best thing I found was any cream containing urea.  After you bathe and your feet are still moist, rub the cream all over your heals, and then put on a pair of socks and that will help.  The egg they sell also helps remove the dried skin.  If you have other symptoms of diabetes, i.e., extreme thirst, frequent urination, weight gain, tiredness, then yes, there is a possibility that you might be diabetic and a simple blood test from your doctor would be the start if you need to go that route, but many non-diabetics, especially models, have this problem.  Hope this was of some help.

  4. I would go for a doctor for that :\
