Why do my lymph nodes hurt when i touch them?

When i touch my lymph nodes they hurt and when i yawn and swallow my throat hurts a bit. Otherwise i feel great and i don't have any temperature. What's wrong with me and should i be worried? :(

  1. You just have a sore throat or you may have strep throat. Just ask your docter. They will swab your throat and let you know.
