I'm 12 and my nipples recently started to ache. Even the slightest touch would hurt hem a little. It seemed to be only my left nipple but some my right. I didn't hurt them or anything like someone punched me there. I barely touch them. SO why? I heard it has to do with puberty. Is that true? If so how long does it last?
