Why do my pdf files get saved to "tempory internet files folder"

Question

I save a lot of pdf sheet music files on my computer but whenever I do it saves them to the tempory internet files folder "for your computers security"...it's really annoying how can I stop it doing this?

I've tried accessing tempory internet files through tools-settings-view files and they don't appear

1. Are these downloaded PDFs or not?

2. When you say you tried accessing them via tools - are you meaning you tried to change the folder view?

Save the files instead of opening them right from the site.
