  1. If you can stand the pain wear them overnight while you sleep

Walk around the house with them on but don't walk on pointe no matter how tempting it is

physically bend them with your hands

    sew the ribbons on asap

  2. It takes a long time to break in pointe shoes. Try wearing them around the house but make sure you don't hurt youself. Also, the reason that they are falling off is because you dont have the ribbons or  the elastic sewn on. Be careful and good luck(:

  3. well here are many reasons why they keep falling of 1. you don't have any ribbons on them and the reason for that is because you have break them in bye being able to get on your box and getting a good arch in them another reason, reason 2. you may have a pointe shoe that has very low sides on them its possible girls at my studio had that problem but i think the min  reason is the ribbons unless you have elastic on them then it would be the sides. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

  4. first problem is that you NEED ribbons and elastics on your shoes.

second problem your teacher, she should NEVER let you dance without ribbons and elastics on your shoes.

third problem your shoes are probably to big.

to fix this put ribbons and elastics on your point shoes and do rises in them. think about changing studios and go to a professional ballet company in your area and bring your point shoes and ask them if your shoes fit and ask their advice.

    **keep pointing your toes**

  5. what my teacher does is she puts the pointe shoe in between the door and the wall (where the hinges are) and pulls on the door slightly they will make some cracking noises but that's normal but don't pull the door too hard just enough to bend it and break it in. That's how i did mine and they are perfect now :)

    hope that helps

  6. I had this problem for a while and what works well is putting alittle rosin on your heel to help it stick. Also, depending on the brand of pointeshoe you use there are things called heelgrippers that are little inserts that you put in the heel of your shoe to help it stay on. One other option is to cut a small v in your pointe shoe on the heel on replace the part you cut out with a piece of elastic. I hope it helps.

  7. put your elastic on! and since you are already having this problem criss cross your elastic. sew it on like an x. and whatever you do, DON"T break in your shoes any other way then dancing in them. They will wear out faster and your feet won't be as strong.

  8. do releves in a bath tub with a small amount of warm water on the bottom

hit them with a hammer lightly

bend the arch slowly and carefuly to make the curve

wake in them around the house on flat foot and releve

    also do forced arch

  9. Your pointe shoes do this because there not broken in all the way. To break in your pointe shoes you basically just have to bang them on the ground a lot, step on the front part of them, and curve the arch of them more so they loosten up more. Don't curve the arch of them too much. This is what I've been doing for about 5 years, and its worked for me.
