I am 15 years old and i run cross-country at school. I have been running xc since 7th grade and never had this problem. When start my warm - up run, my shins and ankles start to hurt and also after i stop, my ankles and shins start to hurt pretty bad also. I was wondering if anybody knew what the problem is and if there are any ways to stretch my ankles and shins out before. I will add info if there are any questions-Thanks
