Why do my skateboard trucks keep breaking?

the bushings on my trucks keep like unraviling or pop up and i cant get to the bolt because the bushings are over it why is this?

the reason is that you do not have a washer between your kingping bolt and your bushing if you can somehow get the bushings apart by cutting them off or so, u can purchase new bushings from most skate shops. this should fix your problem if i understand your problem corecttly
