Why do my songs only play for 30 seconds even after I have signed in on Yahoo! Jukebox?

Make sure you have the correct version of Yahoo! Music Jukebox installed. In YMJ select 'Help' > 'About the Yahoo! Music Jukebox...'. At the top you will see the version number followed by 'en-us' or 'en-ca' for U.S. and Canada respectively.

Check your account settings to make sure you are successfully subscribed to Yahoo! Music Unlimited.

If you are still experiencing problems you may have a corrupt DRM. To restore your DRM, please visit the following link:

If you are still having problems after restoring your DRM you may have a discrepancy within your account settings and you will need to contact Customer Care:
