Question:

Why do my teeth feel cold?

It's like whenever I eat something cold I get a freezing sensation in my teeth. This only recently started. I went to my dentist a few weeks ago and he didn't mention anything about this. I have an appointment with the ortodondist in a few weeks as my teeth are too crowded and I need braces. Is it true that clear braces leave a mark on your teeth? A friend of mine got white marks on her teeth after she got her braces removed, how can that be avoided?

  1. Well, Idk about the cold sensation, but the white marks are where she didn't brush well, and those are permanent. The white is plaque, which is the beginning of a cavity.

    I hope I helped! :D

  2. your teeth are just sensetive to cold food.

    mine are the same way.

my dentist recommended i use some sensative teeth tooth paste to help with this problem.

  3. your teeth are just sensitive. mine are too, just use a toothpaste specially for sensitive teeth (crest makes a good one)

and about the braces thing, as long as you kept you teeth clean, there should be no marks on your teeth, those would only happen if the teeth were not cleaned correctly.

  4. well the braces thing

if she dosent brush good that can happen

after i had my braces removed i used crest white strips

    they work great! :]

  5. ur teeth r probably sensitive
