Why do my teeth hurt after a night of drinking

The next day (Today) I had a little hangover and barfed twice.. and now it hurts when I chew something.. will it just leave tomorrow?

  1. IT'S A SIGN TO NOT DRINK TO EXCESS. EG, THE HANGOVER?


  2. All the acids in your vomit erode tooth enamel making them sensitive. Enamel erosion can occur in a very short space of time so be careful - it's irreplaceable.

  3. yes , alcohol makes teeth numb , after all you do have nerves in your teeth so it normal

  4. It's your body saying - slow down with the booze i can't take that

  5. I'm not sure. Is it possible you grind your teeth some at night? I know drinking can make you grind even more than you otherwise would. This would explain the chewing problems, which may be due to jaw pain? Most people that grind their teeth have no knowledge that they do it.
