Why do my testicles always hurt?

so here the deal im a 22 your old guy with a problem. about once every thrre to four days i get real painful testicular pain. i dont know if its possbile to produce to much sperm or what it is. its usally accompined with some serious bathroom issues #2 but not solid.(diaerra) wtf is wrong with me. i have intercourse on a regular basis with my wife so i dont think im producking to much s***n. anyone know anythig

  2. I would see a Doctor.  I do not want to alarm you but if you have a lump, it could be testicular cancer, or something Benine.  This type of cancer effects younger men so get it checked out

You're not producing too much sperm; that doesn't happen.  Even if you had a lot stored up, your body easily takes care of this with a wet dream.  The pain might be from a problem with your colon, considering the complication with bowel movements.  The pain could be radiating into or causing sympathy pains in your testicles.  You might have a polyp, a spastic colon, or some other problem.  I suggest you see you doctor soon for a referral to one or two specialists.  Don't delay - these problems are easier to solve if you deal with them early on.

  4. if the pain is regular you need to get it checked by a doc. better safe than sorry.

    no such thing as producing too much s***n. if you didn't ejaculate, excess s***n just gets reabsorbed into the body or expelled by wet dreams.
