Why do newports make your throat scratchy?

why does your throat get so scratchy from newports.

i just smoked two like an hour ago.

and my throat is scratchy and irrated.

why is that?

You must be allergic to one of the chemicals they use in the processing of the product. Many people smoke Newports without getting a scratchy throat.
