Honestly, the people who finish last are usually the ones that say that because it makes them feel better when in reality they are just lazy.

Nice people don't always finish last, regardless of whether you are nice or not, you have to work for it. You can't sit back and expect someone to hand you your dreams no matter how "nice" you are.
