Absent minded, when you watch ppl at light, and they take off when it is still Red, many instances of ppl dying from lack of attention. Also no-one really knows if they are suicidal or not when getting hit by a train, lots of suicidal ppl don't talk just do, the ones that talk are reaching out for help, whereas when something so traumatic happens death seems the best option. even though most situations can be worked out and life does get better, at the time nothing makes sense.

They fall/trip, get to close and lose their balance and some even get pushed.

I read about somebody who was waiting for a train and fainted or passed out and fell onto the tracks.

Sometimes people can just be stupid or drunk and jump the tracks and get trapped and hit.

It's sad isn't it?
