Why do olympic divers shower after they get out of the pool?

i was watching the olympic divers and after every dive when they got out of the pool they would shower off

The pool is warm, so is good to refresh themselves in the cool showers!

To rinse off the chlorine.  After spending time in a pool, the chlorine buildup is injurious to their skin.

The pool water is very cool,and the air around the water is pretty cool too. So after they dive they take a warm shower to keep everything loose. There is jacuzzie to keep everything loose also.
