  1. Is that a fact,  that they always investigate at night? I doubt it

  2. Not always, but almost all the time, because is at night when electromagnetism is more concentrate, in diferent places such as houses, churches, etc, and for that reason is more probably that they find that kind of phenomenon.

    Greetings.

  3. so its easier to make up an excuse to their spouse when having an affair?

  4. more  apparitions probably appear at night.

  5. Then they get to use their night vision gear.I've always wondered why they just don't turn on the lights.

  6. One big reason is because most paranormal investigators have real day jobs to pay the bills, so they can only get away at night. The bonus is that at night everything is just a little bit spookier.

  7. Some have regular jobs during the day & ghosts are supposed to be more active at night.

  8. they mainly show themselves at night thats when there ectoplasmic activity shows

  9. I think your confusing real ghost hunters with the guys on TV.  The TV guys are trying to give that "Blair Witch" look to their show.  Just about every ghost I have seen was in day light or full light indoors.  Also you can only see something for just a second  on the camera with the night shot on.  If you could see the whole thing you would most likely know what it was.  Think of it as low budget special effects.

Also Lucia ask any electrical engineer, ham radio operator, physicist or astronomer and they will tell you that the peek electromagnetism is between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm your local time...it's caused by the sun.  Unless you are experiencing some massive solar storm or mass ejection, it happens in the day.

  10. You all are missing the point.

They assume that spirits are shy and more likely to be active in darkness from old superstitions humans hold of being afraid of the dark.

Since we are naturally afraid of the dark, We must be afraid of something that exists only in the darkness. That must be the time ghosts do their thing.

Humans have always felt the evil spirits rule the night. We have always believed that we humans rule the light and spirits rule the dark.

  11. We do not just hunt at night.  We go at the time that is easiest for both the client and the group.  It works out that way in alot of instances because we all have day jobs and so do most clients.  But it was a good question.

  12. I do a lot of investigations and do not find any difference between day time or night time. Either is fine with me.

However, I have done many investigations in public buildings. Theatres, b & bs etc. For these types of places I am usually asked to come in the evening as the building is then closed to the public and there are minimal staff on site. This is important as then the investigation does not impede the usual business operations. But I don't think it has any affect on the quality of the investigation.

  13. Its the right time to search for ghosts which go bump in the night. It as a better ring to it, then day. Also it is quiet, so you can hear the paranormal sounds better.Creepier atmosphere.

  14. The very best hauntings, like the best parties, happen at night.
