cos he is the sh itest player in years produced by England. He only had one good season and he got all hyped up but couldnt live with the hype. He should have gone to spain when he had the chance

Other people's answers don't make sense.  They say Lampard is useless yet they seem to forget they arent booing Rooney.

Lampard is not that good but he certainly doesn't deserve to be booed.  If you ask me they should be booing Rooney.

He scores 1 goal against Estonia.  His first international goal in 3 years! - That's a ridiculous track record.  He shouldn't be playing - we need Crouch or Heskey back.

I think people just boo Lampard because they enjoy it.  They want someone to blame for all England's problems.  They want a scapegoat and for some reason they've chosen Lampard.
