Why do penguins fly?

that would be called swimming not flying, I know what you mean they look like their flying but they are just manipulating the water around their wings and body

they dont fly.they might jump high.plus u cant fly underwater u can only swim.

well they swim but people just "say" they "fly through the water" plus i think one breed of penguin DOES fly. I don't know where i heard it but i think it's true!
