Why do peole belive that in America only African Americans & Hispanic Democrats are Poor?

Are There no Whites that are poor? are there no Republicans that are poor?

You mean black and Hispanic. And the reason they think that is because blacks and Hispanics statistically make less money than Whites. If you had a 1/4 of my observational skills, you would find this to be true. Of course there are poor Whites, but percentage wise, and number wise the number is small compared to blacks and Hispanics. (See I answered your question, unlike you who lacks the skills to do so)

I guess because they are poorer as a whole. More of them are low income and such than whites. I guess. This is the first time I've heard this said explicitly. Even you left out Asians, etc. Could there be no poor Asians? See what I mean?

No one assumes that Democrats are poorer though....If anything I'd say Republicans are poorer. 0_o That's just a generalization though.

Take for example the fact that most Northerners with a higher income level are Democrats.

Edit :  I'm assuming you mean like Affirmative Action? Even with affirmative action, financial aid is still dependent on income. They choose races to diversify the college I guess.

I think plenty of whites and republicans that have a low income level.  In my state either your rich or your poor there is no middle class. So figure cut the population in half from there.
